Colts Christmas Classic Tournament

Thank You!

 

Many thanks go out to all the amazing teams that participated and volunteers that helped to make the 1st Annual Colts Christmas Classic a success.  We learned many lessons of what worked well and what we can improve on. More thanks go out for the valuable feedback we received.  All in all, participants had fun and a memorable experience in our Stockton Thunder Home, which was the goal for year 1.  Looking forward to next year!

S.H.A.R.E.S. Cards

 

S.H.A.R.E.S. is an acronym for Supporting Humanities, Arts, Recreation, Education & Sports in our community.  Ask everyone you know to use a S.H.A.R.E.S. card when purchasing their groceries at Save Mart, S-Mart, Food Max, or Lucky stores.  The Colts will then receive the benefits of a quarterly check for your share of qualified purchases.

Each swipe of the S.H.A.R.E.S. card earns up to 3% of qualified purchases for our organization.   For example, if our 90 (or so) families purchased $500 worth of groceries per month at one of the participating stores, we could earn about $1,350 per month.  Imagine what we could earn if each family asked two other families (or more) to also participate? 

 

During the November Colts board meeting, Donna Peterson, who is spearheading this fundraiser, presented a check for over $500 from recent purchases.
